Kielce Countryside Museum asks for help in reaching witnesses of events, as well as collecting all documents and memorabilia from the period of World War II, which relate to the martyrdom of the village, the everyday life of its inhabitants under German and Soviet occupation. These souvenirs enrich the exhibitions of the Mausoleum of Polish Rural Martyrology. We are looking for people, institutions ready to provide their collections in the original or in electronic format. Together with you, we would like to create a unique place of remembrance of the tragedy experienced by the Polish village in 1939-1945.
