Hereby we inform about the rules for the processing of your personal data by the Kielce Countryside Museum and about your rights related to this process.

Information clause on the protection of personal data

The administrator of your personal data is the Kielce Countryside Museum with its registered office in Kielce, ul. Jana Pawła II 6.

We collect your personal data obtained during cooperation with you, in particular:

  • name (names) and surname, e-mail address, contact address, phone number, PESEL number,
  • in the case of entrepreneurs, we also process: Taxpayer Identification Number, REGON, address of the registered office, bank account number and data posted in financial documents.

We collect your personal data for the following purposes:

  • performing of duties of the Kielce Countryside Museum provided for by law, including, in particular, the issue and storage of invoices and accounting documents, and for archiving purposes
  • protection of the rights of the Kielce Countryside Museum in accordance with legal regulations, including, in particular, claim of overdue payments as part of debt collection and court proceedings,
  • the legitimate interest of the Kielce Countryside Museum within the meaning of the regulations on the protection of personal data, including conducting marketing activities related to products and services offered by the Kielce Countryside Museum,
  • in case of separate agreement obtained from you.

The Kielce Countryside Museum may transfer personal data to the following third parties for the purposes indicated in this document:

  1. entities with which the Kielce Countryside Museum has a cooperation agreement to implement the contract binding us, to fulfill the obligations of the Kielce Countryside Museum provided for by law, to protect the rights of the Kielce Countryside Museum in accordance with the law and to pursue the legitimate interest of the Kielce Countryside Museum within the meaning of provisions on the protection of personal data; in particular, the Kielce Countryside Museum may transfer your personal data to entities such as: insurance companies, banks, car workshops, car rentals, entities providing accounting or IT services, companies providing postal and courier services, companies with whom we cooperate to provide marketing services. These entities are required by law to apply appropriate security, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data,
  2. supervisory authorities, authorities and other third parties; where it is necessary to achieve the objectives set out above and fulfill the obligations imposed by law, personal data may be transferred to supervisory authorities, courts and other authorities (e.g. tax and law enforcement authorities), independent external advisors (e.g. auditors) or entities providing benefits.

The Kielce Countryside Museum undertakes to apply appropriate security measures, both technical and organizational, to protect your personal data. Personal data will be stored by the Kielce Countryside Museum, only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected, to perform obligations arising from legal provisions, for a maximum of the period of securing materials necessary for legal proceedings and until any claims of the State and the Village Museum are barred.   3. taking into account the purposes of processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement,
  4. deletion of personal data ("right to be forgotten"); you have the right to request, as long as the circumstances provided for by law apply, the immediate removal of your personal data, and the Kielce Countryside Museum is obliged to delete such personal data without undue delay,
  5. restrictions on the processing of your personal data; in this case, the Kielce Countryside Museum will indicate at your request such personal data, and their processing may be limited only for specific purposes,
  6. transferring personal data; under certain conditions, you have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used format, machine-readable personal data concerning you, processed by the Kielce Countryside Museum, and you have the right to send this personal data to another entity,
  7. opposition; in certain circumstances, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time, and the Kielce Countryside Museum may be required to stop processing such personal data.

We process your data only to answer the question contained in the contact form (the basis for data processing is the implementation of our legitimate interests of the administrator in the form of communication with website users). Your data will be processed no longer than it is necessary to answer you, and after that time they may be processed for the period of limitation of any claims.

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to answer your question. You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer your data and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
